Savetheinternet.com The FCC is now deciding whether to reassert its authority to protect broadband access from phone and cable company take-over! The telecom companies want to be able to block access to online information and prioritize their own content and services over their competitors'.
The FCC needs to "reclassify" broadband and protect the open Internet for good. Our online future rests on the FCC putting the public interest before phone and cable company profits.  FreePress.net

Returning Your Dolls to You:

Priority is given to the dolls in the order in which I receive payment.  I  will begin restoring your dolls after payment is received in full.

Once payment is received, I will email you with an estimated return shipping date.
I do my best to complete all orders in as timely manner as possible, and if I run behind schedule I will email you an updated status for your order. Your patience is much appreciated since I handle all aspects of the restoration process myself.

Please expect an estimated turn-around time of about 3 - 4 weeks for most services once payment is received.
For green ear treatment and re-rooting the turn-around time will vary.

Photos - I do not email before/after photos of dolls.
Therefore please take desired 'before' photos before you ship your package.

For those within the U.S., I will return your restored dolls via US Priority mail with electronic delivery confirmation.

I usually calculate the same amount of postage on your return package as there was when I received it + handling

If you choose not to ship your package with insurance, that is no problem. I will return your package via Priority mail with electronic delivery confirmation.  If you do choose insurance, I
may elect to use a private shipping insurance company rather than insuring through the post office.

(Please note: "Delivery Confirmation" is not the same as "tracking."  D.C. simply lets one know when the package was scanned for arrival at the receiving post office - Please see usps.com).

If you have sent more than one doll, they will be returned together in one box.

Express mail service is available on request.
Max insurance amount for domestic (if insurance requested) is $5,000.

***********

For those outside the U.S., I will ship your package via Priority or Express Mail + handling.
I will indicate on the customs form that the item is 'returned goods,' and I am returning a used toy to its original owner after repair.
You should not be responsible for import tax (duty) on your pre-owned personal property, but please verify this with your local customs authorities.
I am not responsible for any duties or charges that may be assessed.

Max. insurance amount for all international packages (if insurance is requested) is $1,000.

Pick up / Drop off service is not available.  I apologize, but there are no exceptions.
