Returning
Your Dolls to You:
Priority is given to the
dolls in the order in which I receive payment. I will begin
restoring your dolls after payment is received in full.
Please expect a
turn-around time of 4 - 8 weeks.
*If your dolls require special services such as green ear treatment or
re-rooting, the turn-around time will vary.*
For those within the
U.S., I will return your dolls via US
Priority mail (Registered if insured for over $2,000), Mon thru Fri. only.
I calculate the same amount of insurance on your return package
as there was when I received it, based on the weight and amount of postage I see
on your box.
If you did not ship with insurance and you would like me to add postal insurance
on your return package, please let me know when I send you our proposed
restoration list!
If you chose not to ship your
package with insurance, I will return your package via Priority mail with
electronic delivery confirmation.
Again, please inform me if you would like me to add insurance (or additional
insurance) on your return package.
If you have sent more than one doll, they will be returned together in one box..
Express mail service is available on request.
**A $5 handling charge is added to U.S. packages insured for over $500 and on all Registered mail.**

For those outside the U.S., I will ship your package via Priority or Express Mail. I will indicate on the customs form that I am returning used personal property 'after repair' to its original owner.
You should not be responsible for import tax (duty) on your pre-owned personal property which is being returned to you after restoration, but please verify this with your local customs authorities.
**A $5 handling charge is added on International packages insured for over $200**
