Savetheinternet.com The FCC is now deciding whether to reassert its authority to protect broadband access from phone and cable company take-over! The telecom companies want to be able to block access to online information and prioritize their own content and services over their competitors'.
The FCC needs to "reclassify" broadband and protect the open Internet for good. Our online future rests on the FCC putting the public interest before phone and cable company profits.  FreePress.net

Shipping Information

I am only able to receive packages via US MAIL.
If shipping via UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, your package will be returned to you.
Pick-up/drop-off service is not available.  I apologize, but there are no exceptions.

Please ship your entire doll  (as opposed to the head only).  This is very important so I do not have to handle the head and hair.

Please send your dolls nude (no clothing or jewelry please!)

Please do not send your doll enclosed in the individual white doll display boxes. These are bulky and hard for me to store while your dolls are here. I may not be able to return it with your doll.

Please use: white tissue and/or 1 - 2 pieces of bubble wrap, or other plain packaging paper.

(Just one piece of scotch tape is fine so I don't to struggle to free dolls from tightly taped up packets or need to use scissors)

Please do not wrap your doll in newspaper or colored tissue paper as any dye or print will stain your doll's vinyl.

If shipping more than one doll, please send them in ONE box only.
Multiple dolls will be returned in ONE box only as well.

Photos - I do not email before/after photos of dolls.
Therefore please take desired 'before' photos before you ship your package.

*************
For those within the U.S. I recommend Priority mail (The post office provides a free, sturdy priority shipping box as well).
For those living outside the U.S. I recommend shipping via Priority Airmail.
Please write: 'used, broken toys for repair' on the customs form.
When I return your dolls I will indicate that I am returning used toys to their original owner, after repair.
A few words on the USPS's 'Delivery Confirmation' -- If you print your mailing label online at usps.com,  electronic delivery confirmation is free.

Electronic-DC numbers, however, are not always scanned when the package is mailed, nor is delivery confirmation a 'tracking' service. It simply lets one know when the package has been scanned for arrival at the receiving post office (not when I have picked up the package).

DC numbers are scanned when the package reaches its destination zip code.
This does not indicate that I have personally received your package, just that it has arrived at the post office.
Please make sure your full name and address are on the return address (and your email address would be a plus, too) so I may email you when package is in my possession.
If there is no name on the return address, I will not contact you until I open your package for assessment.
******************
I am only able to receive packages via the postal service.
Packages that are insured (or oversize) will generally be picked up on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays
Pick up / Drop off service  is not available. There are no exceptions.

Please enclose your contact information inside the box; your full name, email address, mailing address and phone number (just in case I need to contact you by phone)
and please put your full name and return address on the package, too. Thanks!
