(1966) Tan Skin Side Part American Girl - European Exclusive

You will not find a doll more mint than this amazing, gorgeous
American Girl. She is in mint (un-played with, like new) condition. She
has her original hair ribbon and string still intact in her highly coveted
silver ash colored hair. She has no earring holes or flaws anywhere on her body.
Her body is as perfect and beautiful as her face. Completely original hair style
in the unusual silver ash color and original high color face paint. She is a
prize for any collector! She is being sold with her swimsuit and shoes (The box
pictured above is not originally hers and is marked for a brunette doll).
More photos available upon request. This is an original vintage doll, not
a repro or OOAK. She is an investment piece and a doll to treasure. Very
rare and hard to find in this amazing condition, she was purchased from a
Japanese collector at a Barbie convention in Europe. Unlike the Side Part
American Girl doll sold for the USA market, this
doll looks like the coveted Japanese Side Part American Girl -- only with tan skin
(not pink skin). Therefore, she will endure, and her coloring will not fade. She is a truly a prize ('Rosarie' outfit shown as display only and
is not for sale).
This is a highly unusual doll that has become very hard to find; much more
unusual and rare than the Japanese (pink skin) version of the Side Part
American Girl. Lay-a-way welcome.

(Early 1970s) Pink Skin American Girl - European Exclusive
This very rare doll is in rare, mint condition as well! This Barbie was a European re-issue of the 1966 (tan skin, bendable leg) vintage American Girl Barbie only with lovely 'pink skin' and sold on a straight leg body. As happens with all of the pink skin dolls, the very tip of this Barbie's nose is a tiny bit light. Otherwise she has retained her original color beautifully. She has had one tiny touch up to her left eyelash ridge only, otherwise she is original and flawless. She is a very rare doll made of the pink skin vinyl like the Standards and Twist N' Turns -- Not with the usual tan vinyl of the1966 long hair American Girl. Her hair is shiny and clean. She has no nail polish, as issued. She is being sold nude (outfit shown is for display only)

She has original face paint, nail paint, and original, un-cut hair that has been

She has beautiful creamy skin and all of her fingers and toes. No neck splits,
green ear or any flaws.

**Vintage Era Dolls**
Brunette #4 Ponytail (1960)
One would never be able to tell that this sweet brunette ponytail has had her ponytail re-rooted (her bangs are all original) Her perfect new hair has been styled into its original single hard-curl. She has no green ears, neck splits (only one earring hole per ear) or other body flaws. She has all fingers and toes. She has a touch up to her lips and lash ridges. Blond Ponytail #4 (1960)
She has gorgeous, thick original hair that has been thoroughly washed, gently combed and styled into my multi-curl style. Her bangs are perfect, in two neat rows. She is another #4 with a very sweet face. She has no green or neck splits (only one earring hole per ear) and no other body flaws. I have very lightly touched up her brows, lips and lash ridges. Blond Bubblecut Barbie (1962)
Beautiful, rare 1962 Bubblecut Barbie is the sister to the brunette bubblecut above. This doll has the watermelon lips and nail polish that was only found on the 1962 Bubblecut and and Ponytail Barbies. This doll has her original 1962 hollow 'Barbie' body. She has all fingers and toes, no swingy arms, etc. Her hair is lovely and full (and has never been cut). She has no green ear or neck splits. She has had a very tiny repair to the tip of her nose (not noticeable at all, even in the close-up photo above). Her brows, lashes and nail polish have been touched up. Only her lower lip has been touched up back to its original color. The paint matches the top lip perfectly. Slight blush and repro pearl earrings have been added She is a beautiful doll, purchased from her original owner. Sold nude.

1963+ Titian Bubblecut with unusual white lips
This lovely bubblecut seems to defy all of the 'rules.' Her lips look white and yet she is obviously not a platinum bubblecut. Normally coral lips fade to a butter yellow color, however this doll's lips are clearly white! I have not given her any touch-ups whatsoever, not even to her lash ridges. She has only been cleaned and her hair washed -- that's it! She has no green ear or neck splits, she has all of her fingers and toes (no chews or bites). She has two extra little pin taps on her left ear (not noticeable whatsoever). If you are the lucky buyer, I am happy to touch up her nail polish, give her some blush and even touch up her lips the usual coral color if you prefer to brighten up her face, but I thought she was very unique with such large, white lips!

1964-66 Straight Leg Skipper with
Hard-to-Find Two-Tone Hair
(also known as a 'Color Magic' Skipper)
This beautiful Skipper is both unusual and flawless! She has gorgeous, auburn two-tone hair with oxidizing colors. Her face paint is all original with nice dark brows. Her sweet pink lips have faded a bit, but I am happy to touch these up for the new owner if desired. Her arms are tight (not swingy). She will come to you wearing her original swimsuit and her red 'Japan' flat shoes. She has no green, no pin pricks, no earring holes, and no neck splits. I have given her a gold ribbon headband and just a slight touch of blush (easy to remove if desired). Most of the two-tone oxidized hair dolls have very coarse and brittle hair, but not this one! Her hair is so shiny, soft, long and thick. It is just beautiful! Also known as a 'Color Magic' Skipper (probably because her hair is changing), this doll is becoming hard to find.

1965 Brunette Bendable Leg Midge (head)
This very cute Midge (head only) has all original
face paint except for one (right) brow which I touched up. She has her original hair style. Her ribbon headband is still intact,
though it has faded over the years. Midge's face paint is beautiful! She has one (at each earlobe) small pin prick but
she does
not have (nor ever had) green ear.

(Modern) Reproduction Swirl "Barbie Learns to Cook" OOAK
Re-Root
One Of A Kind! This lovely doll would still be considered "NRFB!" I
carefully opened the box top and removed the doll's head only. I re-rooted her
original lemon blonde hair with this fabulous pink saran hair that is a perfect
match to her original lip color. Then I styled her new 'do' using the original
orange ribbon that she came with. I carefully replaced the doll's head
without disturbing the package or body.

**Mod Era Dolls**
Go Go Cocoa Standard Barbie (1967 - 1971)
This beautiful Mod Barbie doll has soft, uncut hair with a repro pink silk hair ribbon. She has had a slight touch up to her lip paint and a slight re-color to her nose, chin and ear area (very common for these areas to pale slightly).. She has no missing fingers or toes, and no chew marks. She has all original nail polish (which I would be happy touch up for you). Inside each ear she has a tiny pierced earring hole. She has no green ear or neck splits. Her legs are straight and she has no swingy arms. A beautiful, clean doll, ready to display. Sold nude with repro hair ribbon, on correct S/L 'Midge/Barbie' pink-skin body.

Platinum Blond Twist N Turn Francie (1969)
This pale blonde TNT Francie (also called a 'Short Flip' Francie) is very hard to find in this rare hair color! This Francie is in NM condition! She is beautiful in every way. She has pretty coloring and all original face paint. Only the tip of her nose needs a dab of color (which I am happy to do for you before she leaves). Her lashes are all original and she is missing 2 or 3 on her right eye (which I am happy to replace for you). Her hair is in its original style. I am NOT sure if this is the original head band! I don't believe it is since I have always heard that it is supposed to be 'stretchy.' But it is a perfect match nonetheless. Knees bend and click and arms are nice and tight. No neck splits, green ear or chew marks. It looks like she has one earring hole by each ear, and the thread loop closure on the back of her suit is broken (She has all original buttons, however). A truly beautiful Francie; rare and hard to find in this hair color and nice condition!
